Feel-good
This time of year makes me kind of down. I do not see a lot of people and my mood is in the bottom. So is my energy. It kind of does not even exist. Maybe some of you also feel like this. I know this is a fashion"blog-magazine" but to be able to enjoy fashion you need to feel good aswell. Otherwise I do not find the inspiration at all. So here comes some tips from me how to feel good. Or at least better. Please, use the tips if you want. I want you to feel good. Love.

Listen to fun upbeat songs. Like:

AND THEN DANCE. Even if you do not want to. Dance til your body is soar. Just try to dance or at least feel the flow. Maybe nod your head, feel the beat.
Change your bed sheets. And sleep like a princess.

Smile and say hello to strangers. Always.
Take a long bath or if you do not have a bathtub-take a long shower. Pretend that the water washes away all the bad energy. And sing. The shower is a great place to sing.
Listen to music you never listened to before. Maybe you will find a new favorite.
Fix your hair. Make it shine and look glamorous. And then put on a lipstick and smile.

Think about good memories. Think about your favorite people that makes you smile. The ones who gives you energy not the ones who take it.
Watch a comedy and just laugh everything off. Just think about the movie. Nothing else.
Compliment yourself.
Write. Write down everything. Thoughts. Ideas. Goals. Dreams. Memories. Poems. Feelings.
Serve your food in a pretty way. Colorful. Use a wine-glass even if you are drinking water.
Put on your sexiest underwear.

Buy your favorite flowers.
Eat your favorite food.
Paint your nails.
Go out and take some pictures. Or not. Just go out and enjoy yourself. Look at the world. Look at things you've maybe missed.
